If you are interested in becoming a trader it might help to watch over a traders shoulder, it helped me a great deal. I payed my mentor to learn over his shoulder for a month. It was worth every penny.

This is a no frills, no gimmicks, nothing to sell, nothing to gain type thing. This is me at my most candid, when the pressure is on at 4 in the morning and I have not slept in two days. If you want to see the not so well promoted side of trading (long hours of patience and problem solving) this is where you will see it.

I am still (of course) on the look out for good traders to invite into managed accounts. I have even started my own that I am not promoting yet as it has not passed my testing period that I do on every manager before I promote it.
